Teacher is a job that all parents want their kids to be in the future because of the high salary. However, I think teachers are not meaningful at that way. Teachers are meaningful because they devote their lives to nourish the next generation. When I was small, I always dreamt of being a teacher in the future. I think teachers have a lot of rights, for example they can correct books and publish the examination papers. However, when I grow up, I find out that teachers are facing a lot of pressures nowadays. Teachers bare the responsibility of teaching the next generation. They do not only need to educate the knowledge to students, but they also need to teach students to be responsible and honest. Teachers in primary and secondary schools indeed have the greatest responsibilities since all the personalities of students build up when they are small. Teachers have to teach them to be responsible and honest. In this way, students can be a good citizen when they grow up. Teachers are just like the lights in the dark, showing the right direction to lost students. They should be respected.
